Time Management Training

CX Training

For most of us, life is so busy that it is common to feel overwhelmed. Time management training can help you take control of your workload, your day-to-day tasks and your life! You can then enjoy less stress, less procrastination and more satisfaction from achieving more.

At CX Training, we see effective time management as essentially a mindset and an emotional intelligence challenge. Emotional intelligence is commonly known as EI or EQ (which stands for “emotional quotient”). It is the ability to perceive, interpret, demonstrate, evaluate, control and use emotions to communicate with and relate to others effectively and constructively. According to the Emotional Intelligence Society of Australia, it can help you with everyday life decisions, and time management training for employees can assist with enhancing proactivity in the workplace.

The skills and actions needed to effectively manage our time in terms of planning and personal organisation are relatively straightforward. An effective time management training course can help develop a clear objective focus that can prioritise and build control of our long-term rational selves over our ‘weaker selves’. These include things like excuses, comfort zones, doubts, anxieties, dubious self-justifications and confidence issues.

TIME MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY TRAINING

Our time management and productivity training can give you the tools and confidence to spend time on what matters by eliminating low-value or low-priority activities from your day. And it’s not about cramming more into your already busy schedule, but focusing on:

  • Outputs, not inputs
  • Achieving more, not doing more
  • The value, not the length of your to-do list
  • How you can win or create more time for yourself by eliminating low-priority or unnecessary activity.

At CX Training, we can tailor a time management skills training course that is specific to your needs and addresses challenges.

TIME MANAGEMENT TRAINING COURSE: WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

CX Training goes deeper than just developing skills. We challenge mindsets to change behaviours. Most time management skills training providers focus on content and skills. This approach doesn’t lead to true behavioural change because people haven’t been challenged. They hang on to the mindsets and excuses they have always had.

We don’t just work off a script, we work off people. We facilitate insightful self-awareness and challenge limiting beliefs and excuses. Then we lay the skills on top, resulting in learning outcomes that are realistic, transferable, long-term and life-changing!

We also offer time management and productivity workshops tailored to you or your team’s  specific needs. We go beyond “tips and tricks” to help people better identify, understand and overcome their individual time management challenges.

Bringing about behavioural change often requires more than just a group training session. We can also support you after any initial training through coaching, leader support, webinars, micro-learning and follow-up implementation workshops.

If you’re looking for a customer experience coach who challenges you, breaks down your barriers, but still has fun along the way, we have the time management training course for you!

FAQS – TIME MANAGEMENT TRAINING

#1 How long are your time management training workshops?

We can tailor a workshop to meet your specific requirements, but we recommend a  workshop of between a half-day and a full day (3.5 to 7.5 hours). The longer sessions not only give us a chance to introduce some more content but allow for more interaction, discussions, exercises and personal challenges that drive long-lasting behavioural change.

#2 How many people should be in one of your workshops?

We don’t place a limit on how many people can attend a single workshop. However, for maximum engagement and an opportunity to discuss individual challenges and do some in-room coaching, we recommend keeping workshop numbers to below 15 people.

#3 Can you deliver at my workplace?

Yes. We can certainly undertake our training at your workplace and throughout Australia.

#4 Does the workshop come with a workbook?

Yes. CX Training provides a resource-rich PDF workbook for you to distribute to your team.

#5 Can I use the course materials internally after initial development?

Yes, CX Training will provide you with the workbook, slides, and a licence to use the materials within the internal client workshop.

#6 What other support does CX Training offer?

We offer specific support to leaders and managers for the internal performance management of desired behavioural change. We can provide coaching or separate training workshops as required. We also offer follow-up webinars, behavioural profiling, micro-learning resources and leadership coaching.
